The selection of stainless steel plates should consider the operating conditions used, such as manual operation or automatic operation, the performance and type of the hot press, and the hardness and gloss of the quality of the pressed material. We must also consider economic calculations, each time a new steel plate is ground, the number of times that it can produce quality decorative panels is required. 　

 

When selecting a reasonable thickness of the steel plate, the service time, quality, and rigidity should be considered first, and the strength requirements, thermal conductivity, pressure distribution, and the size of the plate should also be considered when the plate is compressed. If the thickness of the steel plate is not enough and it is easy to bend, it will definitely affect the production of decorative panels. If the thickness of the steel plate is too large and the steel plate is too heavy, it will not only increase the cost of the steel plate, but also bring unnecessary trouble to the operation. And also consider the margin that should be left when the stainless steel plate is processed or used. The thickness of the copper plate is not consistent, but try to make the thickness of the same steel plate as consistent as possible. Generally, the thickness tolerance of the medium-sized saw plate is 0.05 to 0.15 mm. If the requirements are too strict, the grinding costs will also increase.
