Pressure Vessel Plates:

SA-516 Gr.60N HIC, totaling 480 tons.

Additional pressure vessel plates certified as SA-516 Gr.60N.

Forged Components:

Dual-phase stainless steel 316/316L.

SA-350 LF2 and SA-266 Gr. 2N+WHS, amounting to 226 tons.

The total contract value for this endeavor stands at $1.62 million, reflecting our commitment to delivering top-notch materials that meet the unique challenges of the energy sector.

Quality Assurance

Our materials are fully compliant with the NACE standard MR0175-2000, which is essential for oilfield equipment exposed to sour environments. This compliance ensures that the materials have been rigorously tested for resistance to sulfide stress cracking, thus enhancing the durability and safety of the heat exchanger.

 

All materials utilized in this project have undergone thorough inspection and certification by SGS, a recognized third-party organization. We provide EN 10204:2004 TYPE 3.2 certification reports for complete transparency and assurance of quality.
