Correct heat treatment can eliminate residual welding stress without affecting the corrosion resistance of the coating. The method is:
1. Welded components of stainless steel plates with large order or high rigidity to be heat treated.
2. The heat treatment should be carried out after the bottom welding is completed, and the internal and surface quality of the bait seam are all qualified, and the temperature should not exceed 400 degrees.
3. The post-weld treatment at this temperature can reduce the residual stress by about 40%. This will not affect the turbidity resistance of the clad stainless steel.
4. After the above heat treatment is completed, the isolation layer and the clad stainless steel plate can be welded. After the cladding is welded, no heat treatment is required.
