(1) Welding current is a key factor in determining weld formation. It is determined according to the welding material, thickness and groove shape.
(2) The diameter of the electrode is determined by the size of the welding current. The larger the current, the larger the diameter.
(3) Welding arc and arc lenght, the arc length is about 0.5 to 3mm, and the corresponding arc voltage is 8 to 10V.
(4) Welding speed: Current size, weldment material sensitivity, welding position and operation method should be considered when selecting.
