Compared with 304 stainless steel plate, 201 stainless steel plate has relatively weak corrosion resistance which better to not used in damp and cold environments. 1. 304 stainless steel plate has a good gloss and it is smooth to touch, while 201 stainless steel has a darker color with rough and uneven touch.
2. When polishing with a grinder, the sparks of the 201 stainless steel plate are longer, thicker, while the sparks of the 304 stainless steel plate are shorter, thinner.
3. Apply stainless steel pickling paste to two types of stainless steel plates. The color turn to dark is 201 stainless steel plate, and 304 stainless steel plate turn to white or does not change color.
