Precautions when processing your stainless steel pipes

1.      There should be a special place for the processing of stainless steel pipes to avoid collisions with other components and prevent iron and metal purification and damage. 　　

 

2.     There should be special storage racks for stainless steel pipes, and the storage racks should be wooden or carbon steel stents painted on the outside. The storage area should have protective measures to avoid being decontaminated by liquids. 　　

 

3.     When hoisting stainless steel pipes, public hoisting tools should be used, and wire ropes are strictly prohibited to avoid scratching the surface; and when hoisting and placing them, they should be prevented from being impacted and scratched.

 

4.     If there are scratches or arc traces on the surface of the stainless steel pipe during transportation, storage and processing, it should be polished again.
