The are three way to inspect stainless steel channel bar: finished product inspection, mark inspection, and mechanical performance inspection.
1. All stainless steel channel bar should take visual inspection, to ensure the outside quality.
2. Inspection items
a) The surface of the base material of stainless steel channel bar shall not have cracks, surface pores, surface slag inclusion, scarring, folding and other defects whose depth exceeds the standard deviation.
b) The amount of misalignment in the width direction of the stainless steel channel bar should meet the requirements of the corresponding specifications and product standards.
c) The depth and length of the surface depression should meet the requirements of the corresponding specifications and product standards.
