Inspection Process of Stainless Steel Angle Bar

Improper inspection for the materials of stainless steel angle bar will cause safety hazards. In order to ensure production safety, stainless steel angle bar materials must to do strictly quality inspection. The below methods can be used to inspect stainless steel angle bar:

Take the sample of stainless steel angle bar is sampled after the initial inspection passed. First, soaked the sample with hydrochloric acid with a concentration of not less than 14% to remove the rust. When there is no trace of seam during the hydrochloric acid soaking process, and polish it if have any doubt on it, use 4% nitric acid alcohol solution (need to use anhydrous alcohol ratio) to wipe and corrode the grinding surface of the sample. When the grinding surface of the sample loses luster or becomes dark, observe whether there are welds on the grinding surface traces appear carefully. Prohibited to put them in use before the result is release. After the test, the sample must be stored for a long time for re-examination. All types of stainless steel angle bar must be tested, and the arrival status, sampling and testing status must be recorded.
