The stainless steel plate will be pasted with a protective film after processed. This film is to protect the surface of the board from scratches. We must pay attention when sticking film, to not damage the surface of the plate. So how to choose film, and what to take care?
First, the common films are black and white film, blue film, transparent film, etc. The thickness is 5 to 7 filaments, and the viscosity ranges from low to high . Customers can choose according to their needs.
Second, In terms of viscosity, generally snow sand should choose a higher viscosity film, while filaments can choose a lower viscosity film. The viscosity should be increased in winter and reduced in summer. It is to prevent those phenomenon: a. the film fall off when the viscosity is not enough. b. the film will be difficult to tear or even degumming if the viscosity is too large.
Third, from the production process, the rubber particles in the film are difficult to avoid, but the rubber particles have a great influence on the subsequent stamping and stretching of the elevator decorative board. Therefore, it is necessary to make requirements for the size and quantity of the rubber particles. Customers can make standards according to their own quality requirements. Bubbles and wrinkles in the film will affect the quality of stainless steel plate. Of course, failured filming process will also cause bubbles or wrinkles in the film. These quality problems are related to the operation level of the filming machine and the staff. The processing center should avoid those situations.
