First of all, we should choose chrome-plated or nitrided saw blades as cutting saw blades. Secondly, the stainless steel angle bar cutting machine should choose a model of which power is 300 or higher. The choice of cutting speed should be determined according to the type, cross section and toughness of the workpiece to be cut. The higher the cutting speed, the higher the cutting temperature. Stainless steel is a tough material. Therefore, the speed should be slow. If the cross section is large, the speed should be relatively slow. High temperature will cause in cutting, so the choice of cutting fluid, cooling method, lubrication and cleaning also plays a great role in the cutting effect. Commonly used cutting fluids are mineral oil, vegetable oil, emulsion, etc. Choose suitable cutting fluids according to the parts.
