The production and processing of stainless steel angle bar is difficult. Therefore, surface damage often happened in operation. So how to solve it? The types of surface damage are different, and there are different solutions. Here, we will introduce several methods:

1.Scratches

During the production of stainless steel angle steel, in order to avoid the accumulation of lubricating fluid or reactants or waste in the processing technology, the scratches and other uneven surfaces must be removed by mechanical equipment.

2. Smoke and dust

Production often in places with smoke and dust, so the dust falled on the surface of machinery and equipment and products. For the smoke and dust on the surface of stainless steel angle bar, we can use tap water or alkaline aqueous solution to clean, and the adhesive dust is removed with pressurized water or steam.

3. Rust

4. Floating vermicelli or inserted iron

On the surface, mineral acid iron is corroded and causes corrosion of stainless steel angle steel. Therefore, it must be eliminated. Some of the adhesive force is very strong, and the stainless steel angle steel must be solved by the inserted iron during the production and processing.
