316L stainless steel pipe is a hollow long round steel pipe. It is an important product in the iron and steel industry. It is divided into two categories according to the way of consumption: seamless pipe and welded pipe. It is safe and reliable, sanitary and environmental friendly, economical and applicable, and resistant to air. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, medical, food, light industry, mechanical instrumentation and other industrial transportation pipelines and mechanical structures in daily life etc. So how is the compression of 316L stainless steel pipe connected?
1. Pipe cutting: Cut the pipe according to the required length. When the pipe is broken, do not use excessive force to avoid the pipe from being out of round.
2. Removal burrs: After the pipe is cut, the burrs should be removed cleanly to avoid cutting the sealing ring.
3. Marking: In order to insert the steel pipe completely into the socket of the pipe fitting, it is necessary to draw a line on the end of the pipe to the stop mark of the insertion length.
4. Assembly: The sealing ring should be correctly installed in the U-shaped groove of the pipe fitting, and the pipe should be inserted into the pipe fitting socket and waiting for crimping.
5. Crimping: When crimping, the raised part of the pipe is placed in the concave groove of the mold, and the jaws are perpendicular to the pipe axis.
6. Inspection: After the crimping is completed, use a special gauge to check the crimping size.
