Application of stainless steel plate:

The film must be removed after install the stainless steel plate. Then, clean the stainless steel plate with a special stainless steel cleaner. The common method is to use talc (double flying powder) to wipe. It is best to wipe it again with clean water, and dry it. 

Why should tear off the film? 

1.To avoid the phenomenon of glue retention caused by too long time or severe aging of the film can not be torn off. 

2. If there is problem on the board surface, it can be found in time.

3. Preventing the contamination of liquid or corrosive liquid into the film can not be found, so that the board surface is exposed to moisture and corrosive environment for a long time, causing serious corrosion to the board surface.

Stainless steel plate protection:

If other projects are not completed, protective measures must be taken to protect the surface of the stainless steel plate after the film removed. Splashing in cement or mortar is probably the most common accidental damage on construction sites. Special cleaning agents for removing mortar from ceramic tiles should never be used on stainless steel because they contain strong chemicals that corrode stainless steel.

Maintenance of stainless steel plate:

After delivery, pay attention to keep stainless steel plate clean and dry. This is the most direct and simple way to prevent the stainless steel plate from rusting.

When the stainless steel plate is under maintenance, it should be noted that if it is in the dry season, it only needs to clean the dust and dirt every 3-4 months and then wipe the surface with clean water. Every year in typhoon or Meiyu season, pay attention to clean the stainless steel surface with clean water in time to prevent the salty liquid combined with dust and dirt from corroding the surface of the Wuxi stainless steel plate. Pay special attention to the gaps, such as the contact surface between the door and the door frame.
