1. Introduction of stainless steel angle bar: stainless steel angle bar also called angle iron. It is a long steel belt with straight sides. Angle steel can be composed of various load-bearing members according to the different needs of the structure, and can also be used as a connection between the members. It is widely used in various building structures and engineering structures, such as machine room beams, bridges, transmission towers, lifting and transportation machinery, ships, industrial furnaces, reaction towers, container racks, cable trench supports, power pipes, busbar support installation, And warehouse shelves, etc.
The chemical composition of stainless angle bar are rolled steel series for general structure, and the primary verification objectives are C, Mn, P, and S. According to the different grades, the content is different, the approximate scale is C<0.22%, Mn: 0.30-0.65%, P<0.060%, S<0.060%.
(1) Inspection methods:
①Tensile test method. Commonly used standard inspection methods are GB/T228-87, JISZ2201, JISZ2241, ASTMA370, ГОСТ1497, BS18, DIN50145, etc.;
② Tortuous experiment method. Commonly used standard inspection methods are GB/T232-88, JISZ2204, JISZ2248, ASTME290, ГОСТ14019, DIN50111, etc.
(2) Functional objective: The inspection items to evaluate the function of angle steel are mainly tensile test and zigzag test. Targets include yield point, tensile strength, elongation, and tortuosity.
Weight per meter = 0.00785* (side width + side width-side thickness) * side thickness. For example, 50*5 angle steel: (50+50-5)*5*0.00785=3.73 (this algorithm can only roughly calculate the angle steel component, the actual hardware manual shall prevail!).
